Through a large bunch of shared friends and a heartfelt passion for music, it was only natural for Emil and Mathias to sit down and get gritty at some point. A string of successful parties in Copenhagen and many a spellbinding back-to-back session honed the two friends deep, mutual understanding of each others rhythmic vision and this is obvious in their jacking studio collaboration. Mathias’ seasoned studio skills and Emil’s novel approach creates a raw and pure house sound, making the music of Muff Deep both vigorous and timeless.
