Our next artist is living near the german capital of carnival: Mainz. It's NILS ANTHES! As a passionated vinyl collecter and music lover he already gained some points of sympathy at our crew. After releasing his first EP on "Be Chosen" including a massive Sascha Dive remix, we felt ready to showcase his skills on our podcast 009. So, dear Web 2.0 fellas, forget all these shitty hit bombing clubs. Here's something for your soul...

 | | With a broad background of electronic dance music from the early 90s till today Nils is one of this generation's producers who grew up with the four to the floor beat. It was his growing interest in Funk & Soul music however that has drawn him into producing own tracks while digging deep in old record collections. Calling himself a music lover in the first place, the passion for the groove is reflected both in his dj-sets and productions.
While spinning records for about a decade his attempts on creating own tracks are quite new but none the less deliberated. His music is full of low-slung swinging grooves taking on a modern approach to real house music.
