 | | His first release came out in 2008, as an EP with 4 songs, deep-house styled, named "Hey!". Fast working little music producer and Dj, got his second release out very quickly after the 1st one, only two months after, named "Night Shift", an EP with 4 songs also, deep-house and tech-house styled, with his impressive work that atracted the ears of many Djs, like Pete Tong, the track called "Fast Nights". Pete Tongs Fast Trax Show contest gave third place to Octav Pauls impulsive track, "Fast Nights", that got him powered to a more engaging music production feeling. So, still in 2008, when the registration started for the international Heineken Thirst Competition, he signed up with a deep-tech-house track, but he didn't rank up in the finalists round.
