The veteran Dutch producer is streaming the track "Work that Deadmouse" via his Sound Cloud page, which appears to take a sonic swipe at the Canadian producer.

Orlando Voorn and Nice & Nasty are set to release a special edition 4 remix pack of his track Angles to celebrate the Dublin Electronic Arts Festival and the growing Irish techno talent.
Dutch techno master Orlando Voorn follows up The Beholder on Nice & Nasty with Angles, a sublime disco techno cut for dance floors and party people everywhere. Right now Angles is availble as a download with remixes from Dave Ellesmere and Manuel Perez; however, Voorn and Nice & nasty have employed 4 of Irelands burgoneing raw talent to remix Angles as a Special Edition Download for DEAF: Dublin Electronic Arts Festival that runs between 22nd and 31st of October 2009.

Angles remixes by Jamie Behan, Vakama, Rob Glennon and Fran Hartnett goes online on Thursday 22nd October, the night DEAF kicks off, whilst Nice & nasty feature at DEAF on Saturday 24th and Thursday 29th.

Orlando Voorn needs little introduction to people into techno, especially his belnd of funky hi tech soul that flirts between classic Detroit techno and the more modern European reinvention of Detroit; however, the Irish lads may need a few words and here goes:

Jamie Behan - The Waterford born Cork resident is famous in the island of Ireland for his sheer love of quality techno and skills behind the decks. The main man behind Bastardo Electrico imprint and signed to the Subject Detroit world of Real DJs, Jamie is a true Irish techno legend being part of the scene here for over a decade and during DEAF supports Surgeon in Dublin. An integal memberof the electronicireland.com community Jamie has been plying his trade beyond the shores these days as a world DJ but right now check out his remix of Mark OSullivan on Nice & Nasty or his podcast for Japanese blog electronic directory for a glimpse of his talent.

Rob Glennon - 2009 has been something of a whirlwind year for the Dubliner. Signed to Nice & Nasty, releasing his first peice of vinyl and running his own Static imprint that includes Monkey Harris, Julian Eustace and Lee Hollman, Rob has grown in stautre locally and internationally. In particular his remixes for Celtec Twinz, Produse, Mark OSullivan and the remixes of his own music by Paul Mac, Orlando Voorn, Martin Mueller and The Parallel have put his name on the agenda of discerning DJs everywhere.

Fran Hartnett and Vakama are the real raw, fresh meat on the table. Fran is an established Dublin DJ and talented musician and programmer that is starting to show is teeth whilst Vakama is a nice & nasty artist with another release on Skream Science and a remix for Mark OSullivan under his belt, but the Glasgow based Belfast boy is definately one to watch for the future.

Together the four lads represent the entire Island and Voorn is deligthed with the work done and it is a privilege to be associated with DEAF in this manner. Irelands techno fraternity is immense - Chymera, Sian, Donnacha Costello, David Holmes, Sourcecode, Hystereo, Rob Rowland, The Parallel, Rob GLennon, Vakama, Jamie Behan, Ed Devane, Sunil Sharpe, T-Polar, Mick Chillage, Djamel, Americhord and many others have really put Irish techno - whatever that is (fusion of hard and fast beast, Detroit melody and deep soul) - on the map.
