Pasotek (Mauro Pasolini), was born in Naples (IT), one of the most attractive city in South Italy. He grew up with the conception of life based on traditions, family orientation, warmth of friendship, a good education, and thinking about others as much as you do for yourself.

In 1995 he started to approach his first disco parties and discovered the pleasure of promoting events and throughout his childhood started to feel a good, positive rush from meeting new people and enjoying listening to the evolution of electronic music around him from commercial beats, funky house and Detroit techno witch made a real impact on him as a young DJ and where his main influence comes from today.

Pasotek also plays many instruments such as guitar, drums, keyboard and bongos in 1997 his first mixing console arrived. His passion and interest started to grow and mature and he began to create mix tapes and playing at local clubs and house parties.
In 1998 after a live British band called Bandulu he enjoyed a set at the unique and popular “Old River Club” (CE) playing the harder side of techno for an amazing crowd.

Soon after this he decided to broaden his horizons and move to London in 2000 and discovered one of the biggest music scenes in Europe, the different cultures and the underground life, which has all influenced his style in a very positive way.
It was not long after this time that he began putting his own studio together to create his unique style of music – minimal techno.

Solid Traxx his first label is on its way and his first release is expected soon and it will release the purest and most original minimal techno
