Alfonso D. Civantos AKA Phone was born in Pontevedra (Galicia, Spain) and has been based in Valencia, Spain since the late 90s.
Phone created and founded Komakino/KMK, a collective of artists and promoters in the Valencia area that has been considered to be the most important artist platform related to electronic music in Valencia, creating a consolidated scene of electronic music around the city, parallel to the commercial scene created by the established commercial clubs.
After almost ten years managing and directing Komakino, Fon decided leave to have the freedom to develop his own label called Subsist records in 2008 (Distributed by MPC Distribution). So far, Subsist Records has released two vinyl releases with music by internationally renowned artists such as COUNTERPART ,ABELDE..
