One lived many years near the White River, the other one near the Black Sea - that is the main factor why their project was named River’n’Sea. Sasha Khizhnyakov and Dima Yakovlev met each other on one of the hottest parties «Freak Me» in 2008, in Irkutsk city. Sasha led one radio-show on the local station at that time and produced network releases of his own label Electronica. Dima, on the other side, performed a lot in the clubs with his dj sets .And you probably could meet them in front of the turntables at night club Zima Project. After one party of Electronica Labelnight 1.0, guys took a decision to give a name to their duet and the next dj set they played under the name of «River’n’Sea».
