Ryan Bliss hails from the Deepest, most Southern part of Africa, where the passion for deep house originated. You can best describe Ryan Bliss's style as deep, driving and quirky house music that’s devoted to the underground.

He was a deep house resident for the Next Movement Crew in Jozi, South Africa from 2003- 2005. Ryan has played at some of the most infamous events at Carfax JHB and some of the top deep house music venues across South Africa – alongside South Africas top Djs.

In 2008 Ryan Bliss and Katia Pereira started Deep Rooted Productions, in an aim to bring quality underground house beats to London. It all kicked off when they brought out Raoul Belmans from Aroma records/Swirl People alongside JamJar recordings.

In 2009 GIOM, Jay West and Pete Dafeet joined the Deep Rooted crew for some immensely successful parties at Deep Rooted Productions residency at Anam bar in Islington.

In Early 2010 Ryan joined the critically acclaimed UK House label - Lost My Dog Records and since then, he has played at The Egg London, at various venues in Barcelona over Sonar and at all of the exclusive tabula rasa secret parties around London. Ryan joined Tabula Rasa as resident in December 2010.

Ryan has played alongside, Pete Gooding, Matt Tolfrey, Monophunk, YSE, Joshua Iz, Coyu, GIOM, Rhythm Plate, Tres Manos, Pete Dafeet, Luke McKeenen, Pezzner, Maya Jane Coles, Ian Pooley, Jimpster, Milton Jackson, Charles Webster amongst others.
