The French artist will head out on a rare tour of the US, with five gigs confirmed for his live/DJ ensemble next month.

Green Velvet, Laurent Garnier and Derrick May are also amongst the first names billed for this year's festival.

Robert Babicz and Laurent Garnier will also play the Newcastle party's first two events.

Both artists will play the festival's closing party, co-hosted by Belfast outfit Shine.

The French producer has linked up with Scan X and Benjamin Rippert to form a new live/DJ hybrid show.
