DJ, producer, remixer and promoter with over ten years of solid experience. Man behind sucess of legendary club Piekarnia in Poland which finshed it's legacy in 2011. During his music career he was a music manager and promoter for clubs like Vanilla (2005), Starlight Cafe (2006), Space Warsaw (2007) and mentioned Piekarnia. He is responsible for bringing to Poland brands as Renaissance, Global Underground Tours and Defected In The House. As a Dj he shared decks with a big guns of industry like Danny Howells, Nic Fanciulli, Robert Dietz, Noir, Nick Curly, Mario Basanov & Vidis, Nick Warren or Pete Tong to name a few.

Simon starts to release his own productions in 2007. His debut remix was released togheter with The Buick Project (Nic Fanciulli & Andy Chaterley) on british label called SIC Recordings. Since than he never looked back and during next three years on top of his own productions Simon has remixed tracks for Trophy Twins (Big & Dirty 2008), Paul Thomas (Starlight Music 2010) and house music legend Sandy Rivera on Blackwiz Records (2010).

From 2011 he changed his artist name from Simon.S to Simon Mattson. It was only a year ago and you can already find his name on a respected labels like Defected, Rebirth, Strictly Rhythm, Cubism, Hi:Rise or Nightbird. Few of his tracks hits 10 compilations in totall including Defected In The House Brazil '11, Pacha Ibiza Southamerican Sessions, Space Ibiza Closing Fiesta or Island Balearic Sundown Sessions. This year he released an EP togheter with Tobias Manou called “Violation” on respected label Lo:Rise Records. One of the tracks from the EP “The Story Of “ went for compilation Bargrooves Deeper 2.0 togheter with such artists like Jamie Jones, Solomun, Jimpster, Mendo, Matt Tolfrey, Steve Bug and more. The second one called “Violation” hits “Ibiza Most Rated 2012” Compilation released by Defected Records. In July, Simon won international remix contest for Agoria’s InFine Records remixing world known dj & producer Oxia. His remix found many good supporters and hits top10 Bestsellers of the label on Beatport.

Flexibility and dynamic groove is what stands out for Simon when he dj. He describes his style as deep-tech but in his sets its all about quality house rhythm!
