Sirmo aka. Andras Szirmai has been a permanent fixture of the Pécs-underground massive since 1998. Starting off with his own show on Radio Publikum, (later to be known as G-FM), he became acquainted with two other young enthusiasts of genre-mashing musical porn: Bodoo and SoltAce (aka ShoSho). After discovering their common interest in vulgar excursions on the wheels of steel, the threesome started throwing parties together for the jumping southern-Hungarian punters - one thing led to the other, and FPT was born... A main influence that sprung from jamming together as FPT is that he soon acquired a taste for sub-genres new to him at the time, such as Hip-Hop, Funk, Afro, Broken Beats, Breaks, which all helped to form his own style. These adventures left a permanent mark on the whole group and spiced up the eclectic feeling that’s the main feature of a true FPT set. Sirmo loves his Breakbeat bangers, play’s deep and tippin’ House as well as Garage grooves, and represents the more electronic side of FPT. Another party series he pulled together with Bergi (a young DJ originating from... you guessed it, Pécs!), is called „Break Sum Piece”. They’ve had the cream of Hungarian electronica play out on these gigs, people like Palotai, Cadik, Marcel (Carmel), Ludmilla, Anorganik, Bassface Sascha, and a lot more….
