Slam kick off their heavyweight weekly broadcast which will showcase their techno and club DJ mixes, and also mixes and music from their peers and contemporaries. In this first edition they start deep and gradually increase the intensity during the 60 minute mix. The 2nd edition will come in 1 week courtesy of the Berlin production and DJ team Pan-Pot, with Christian Smith and Rod Malmok in the following weeks. Stay tuned!
Slams mix is a recording of the 2nd hour on Slam’s recent Return to Mono party at the Sub. They describe this as “the point in time where it’s still warm-up but getting into the groove and moving people toward the dance floor.”
The veteran Scottish duo talk Beatportal through four of their favourite synths, and which tracks each appeared on.
