 | | | Aliases / | Mindtours, Free Radicals, 3000003 | I have been involved in electronic music since 1982 when I managed the Sidewalk electro/breakdance club in Newcastle and performed in the Electrofunk group Acid. In 1984 i switched to guitar in the band Dead Flowers, which by 1992 was very influnced by the band members love of techno, with a hypnotic blend of drums, guitars, synths and voice.
I began releasing techno in 1994 under various aliases culminating in the formation of the Mindtours label with partner Suzybee in 2000, which is still the outlet for my productions of deep funky techno and broken beats.
Mindtours was put on hold in 2008 while Suzybee and I developed the electronic music festival Freerotation.
I now work totally live, jamming on my modular synth in both studio productions and live audio-visual performances, working..

RA's Richard Carnes heads to the festival to find out why it's become such a word of mouth sensation.Shackleton, Efdemin, Move D and Bodycode are just some of the names announced for the Welsh festival.
