Off the back of running one of the most successfull techno music blogs based in the UK, That DJ has developed his DJs skills over a number of years. Starting off playing at small bars in his local town near manchester, he was rocketed into playing one of manchesters premier clubs, area51 where he worked. After moving to Nottingham, he has played at a host of venues including Snug Lounge, Market Bar, Blueprint, Bar 11 and after gaining a local name for himself he was offered a residency at Retox @ Gatecrasher. His other residencies includes Smash @ Stealth and Kuku @ Lakota (Bristol) He also has played in the main room of stealth several times, supporting big names like Kris Menace, Ac Slater, Max Cooper, Joe & Will Ask and Brodinski. Other Djs he has been billed with include Clive Henry, Dirty Vegas, Jacwob, Funkagenda, Jozef K. That DJ has had a series of bookings lined up which including a closing set at Lakota in Bristol, main room of Ministry of Sound and a set at Sankeys.

That DJ has proved himself not only in Nottingham, but also across the world wide web. After recording a technical house minimix for youtube, he secured 2nd place in the Pacha, Cafe Mambo & Ibiza DJ awards online DJ competition and won the catagory for most innovative DJ. In another competition in asssociation with HTFR, has seen his mix shortlisted from a selected group of 128 house and techno DJs into the final 12. A big final in Leeds at the end of next month will allow him to once again proove his technical ability. Also he has won Ministry of Sound Bedroom Dj competition and came runner up in the Lightbox dj competition.
