Maria S. Jones and Joel Heim, two Electronic Music enthusiasts met back in 1997 and discovered that they shared the same taste in music. Since then the two became inseparable and started the journey through various musical styles. Finaly around 2002 everything was set and The Messenger was born. At first the project was aiming at deep techy grooves which transcended through the years and made the distinguished Messenger sound as we know it today. The Messenger was introduced to the scene at the end of 2004 through now well known German record label Night Drive Music.
