London based Trevor Jackson started his career designing record covers in the late eighties for the likes of Todd Terry, The Jungle Brothers and the Stereo MCs. Under the Underdog name he's remixed Massive Attack, UNKLE, Run DMC and U2.
Jackson has formed numerous labels including Bite It (The Brotherhood, Lewis Parker etc) and Output Recordings. Output has released artists such as Four Tet, Black Strobe, Colder and distributed American acts the Rapture and the LCD Soundsystem in Europe. Output folded in 2006.
Jackson also released a DJ Kicks album on K7! in 2002 and his own productions under the moniker Playgroup. |
