| | Verena Wi & Disko, that are Verena (23) and Hannes (33), started their musical journey in January 2012.
Verena, a true Berliner, sang ever since she was a child, founded bands, performed live. In 2010 she was featured on the track “Summer of Love” released on a Berlin based label.
Hannes, a professional product designer, has been DJing as “Hans Disko” for many years.
Hannes and Verena musically found together when Hannes was supposed to accompany one of Verenas performances on the piano. The rehearsal turned into a jam session and they realized their musical potential. Verena’s Voice in combination Hannes’ Beats and Synths quickly shaped into first sketches and later on into songs. Among them their best known song to date: “Captain of your Heart”.
