Just 6 months old Fuse is in some respects a baby on the London club scene, especially when you consider that this year is the 21st anniversary of Acid House. Many Fuse regulars weren’t even born back in 88’s ‘Summer of Love’. However there are a few who do remember the dawn of Acid House, and they see the similarities between the early rave scene and our 12 hour marathon Fuse sessions at 93 Feet East every Sunday.

On Saturday 1st August it is to the rave that Fuse will return. Acclaimed international stars D’Julz and DJ Wild will join resident Enzo Siragusa, and rising stars Anthea & Celler in the basement of an office block in the heart of Shoreditch for a one off Fuse Saturday summer special.

Fuse will be kitting out this venue with a booming high-spec Funktion One sound system, a first class lights and visuals display, and loads of Fuse inspired production to create the perfect environment for a full nights worth of Fusic.

Musically all the artists joining Enzo are tuned into our sound and vibe. D'Julz has renowned mixing skills which have seen him play at every major club in the world from Fabric in London to Womb in Tokyo. His sets are a fine blend of house and deep techno with strong acid and funk elements.

With releases on labels like OFF, Soweso and his own Catwash imprint DJ Wild is a talented DJ as well as a producer, word has already reached us here of some stunning sets at Sonar this week. He has also achieved much critical acclaim as one half of the Catwash production team with Chris Carrier.

Anthea and Alex Celler have been making waves individually for some time now. They are now enjoying success together as Anthea & Celler with their Retrocesco EP on Cecille, and a follow up single scheduled for release on Freak'n'Chic. Over the past few months they have been become firm favourites at Fuse on Sundays with their wonderful individual sets, however for this special Saturday night Fuse session they will debut their hotly anticipated back-to-back Anthea & Celler set.

Setting the tone for the evening will of course be Fuse resident Enzo Siragusa. Since Fuse began he has changed the landscape with his sound. His deep emotive groove based house sound has enriched people in a very positive way. With Enzo in such great company for this first Fuse Saturday night session the Fuse faithful will no doubt be in for a real treat from some true talent.
