Len Faki is a resident at Berlin’s renowned techno amphitheatre Berghain,
where his famed extra long sets have allowed him to crystallize his vision of modern techno. Before he moved to Berlin in 2003, he had already caught the attention of some of techno’s biggest hitters with his Monoid and Feis labels, attracting artists such as Samuel L. Session, John Selway, Umek andThe Hacker to contribute remixes and tracks.
The move to Berlin saw him play impressive slots at legendary spots like Tresor, and his ‘Podium’ nights atBerghain inspired him to set up yet another sub label of the same name, with releases by Raudive (aka Oliver Ho) and Shinedoe storming the cases and charts of top DJs/producers such as Luke Slater, Sven Vath and Ivan Smagghe.
The release of his ‘Berghain 03’ mix this summer means his star should
continue to rise and rise with the techno cognoscenti.
