Minimalism explores seasonal ambience, atmospheres and sensibilities.

Using clips recorded with dictaphones and camcorders (amongst other means!) through the month, performers play live sessions, making live arrangements on laptops. As well as seasonal DJ sets and projections of our favourite clouds.

This series of nights take place in the concrete bar of The Hayward on the Southbank, with excellent acoustics and atmosphere, a nicely stocked bar and outdoor seating for the concrete sunset.


The Minimalists will be playing a live ambient set, as well as on DJ duty.
And we'll have special guests TBA.
You can expect warm synth sounds, dubby bass, jazzy grooves, birds, crickets and lots of quirky foundsounds.

It's all FREE all night, and it's a nice place to start your Saturday night, so whether you want to pop in for a drink early, or late, or stay the duration, we hope to see you there at some point! (half prices drinks before 7pm!)

If it's not raining then we may put the sound set-up outside on the terrace...
