Now in its third year Be @ Proud has redefined London's club scene with its unique mix of indie, disco electro and rock n' roll, spectacular live acts, performance art and burlesque.

Taking their turn on the Proud this week are two bands who are as sure to delight music fans as much as they will infuriate English teachers. Teenagersintokyo who have shared stages with some of our favourite bands such as !!!, Gossip and CSS though, and Ming Ming and the Ching Chings who hail from Glasgow and make a riotous, thrilling, joyful cacophony.

In the South Gallery The Non-Stop Electric Cabaret continue to amuse and amaze in equal measure, accompanied by a vintage rock n roll jukebox from Stables Market stall holder, Bioux.
