A host of groundbreaking releases on his own Balihu label and on Metro Area’s Environ imprint have made Wang a cult hero for DJ’s and producers alike, with his tracks appearing on compilations by labels as diverse as Compost, Rong and Naked Music.The likes of Dimitri from Paris,The Unabombers and Rub’n'Tug have licensed his tracks for their DJ mixes, with James Murphy and Tim Goldsworthy of LCD Soundsystem including Wang’s 1993 classic ‘Like Some Dream ( I Can’t Stop Dreaming) on their highly acclaimed ‘FabricLive’ mix. Now living in Berlin, Wang is always a joy to behold as he blasts through his collection of euro-disco, cosmic boogie, Garage and Loft classics, and vintage house and electro – smiling, clapping and singing along to the music as he goes…..
