We are very excited to announce that we will be holding a 12 Hour Marathon Party this NYE 2009...there will also be an afterparty until 4am.

For this unique event we have secured one of the most historical and special venues in Glasgow. The WEST Brewery which is part of the Templeton Carpet Factory, Glasgow Green....

The iconic carpet factory was designed by Victorian architect William Leiper, and is modelled on the Doge’s Palace in Venice. It was built between 1888 and 1892 and was used as a production carpet factory until the 1950s. The building is unique in terms of its design and construction, and is now one of Glasgow’s most protected sites. The Winding House annex was completed in 1904, and housed all the winding equipment for carpet production. Templetons was a hugely successful company, producing carpet for the West Wing of the Whitehouse, the Taj Mahal and the Houses of Parliament.

Headline act is none other than Circo Loco Resident and Moon Harbour boss MATTHIAS TANZMANN. Anyone who has seen him will agree that this guy is a bit special and not to be missed. We also have our friends at No Dough, BROKEN and TOWIE, travelling north to join the party. SOMA rising star HARVEY McKAY, SIMON STOKES and tictactoeclub resident ANDREW DORAN are also confirmed. Completing the lineup are DANIEL HEDLEY of HOTBOX, BOBBY WILSON of EQd and TERRY WHYTE of OPTIK.

Tickets are selling fast for this so use your paycheck wisely and secure your place for the most unique and special event of the year. Afterparty is being helad at the The Winchester Club (Beside Red Lizard). There will be coaches to transport you from the WEST at 1AM. Pay the driver £2.
