Fresh Meat is back once again, and this month we're bringing you two fantastic up & comers, T-Boy and Matt Gatt, supported by Jarrard Scott and Andrew Wowk's "Plankton Boogie" side project.

Born in Stoke-on-Trent, England, the city that also gave birth to two of the UKs first and most infamous house music nights 'Shelleys' and 'Golden', T-Boy has been DJing for over 10 years at some of the most respected clubs and parties in the UK and the world, including Chibuku, Turnmills, The Bomb, Gatecrasher, Back To Basics, Sankeys and Dirty Disco. He has supported the likes of Roger Sanchez, Steve Bug, Slam, Dave Clarke, Paul Woolford, and also co-founded the monthly night 'RN2' in Leeds, which featured guests such as Nic Fanciulli, Mike Monday, King Unique, Dixon and Ben Watt. Now based in Sydney, he is still spinning an infectious mix of tech-house and techno, and is quickly becoming a rising star in the southern hemisphere. Having already featured on the same line-ups as the likes of Yousef, Paul Ritch, Tim Green, Audiojack and Luciano, T-Boy is determined to pick up where he left off in Europe.

Matthew Gatt is the definition of "quiet achiever". For many years Matt has been slowly crafting his sound and honing his skills, making appearances at various parties around Sydney and earning a great deal of respect amongst those who look a little deeper for their local talent. His sound is hard to pin down, taking in elements of progressive house, techno, minimal, tech house, breaks and experimental music, but with a definite dancefloor edge to it. Matt's now ready to step up to the big leagues, and we're proud that he's going to do that at Fresh Meat

Plankton Boogie is Andrew Wowk and Jarrard Scott's side project. Taking in all manner of influences, their sound is best described as an "incessant groove" - none of those airy-fairy breakdowns and massive noisey build ups, just rolling goodness from start to finish.
