The Soul Revolution Manufactures Masquerade Madness!!!

On All Hallows’ Eve Manchildblack will deliver tricks and treats for the spirit courtesy of Yoruba Records’ high priest Osunlade at Sol Ascension, NYC’s monthly session for elevation.

Many iconic spirits have passed through halls of S.O.B’s, Fela Kuti, Celia Cruz and Max Roach among them and onOctober 31st, the patrons of NYC’s melting pot for global music will attempt to evoke them all.

Conjuring up a musical spell that will ensure to keep the audience in rapture is living legend Osunlade. From Sesame Street to Varick Street this DJ, producer and composer never ceases to amaze, enlighten and inspire anyone that hears his music. His beliefs in the traditional Yoruba religion of Ifa has only heighten the deep spiritual essence of his music. A night withOsunlade isn’t a party, it’s a blessing.

The host for this nocturnal masked mania is Manchildblack, recording artist and lyrical minister of the Soul Revolution. Never wavering to hoist the banner of Global Soul music and raise the bar for the party experience in NYC,Manchildblack and Hype Life Music has turned nightclubbing into a musical rebellion.
