Uptown Thursday Night kicks off with a Pre-Thanksgiving Food & Coat Drive for New York Harm Reduction Educators (NYHRE) on Thursday, November 19th. NYHRE is a Harlem-based non-profit organization devoted to promoting the health, safety and well-being of marginalized, low-income persons who use drugs, their loved ones and their communities.
