From his early days at the original Limelight's "Disco 2000", Merritt has been one of the most innovative and cutting edge DJs in the New York City club scene to date. His unique and energetic blend of hard house, electronic and dark tribal beats have been heard on the main floors of literally all of New York City's best known clubs.

Residencies have included Limelight, Palladium, USA, Tunnel, Roxy, Expo, Exit, Cheetah, Life, Spa, Discotheque, Sound Factory, Sound Factory Bar and Twilo, with notable guest spots at Vinyl, Centro Fly, Spirit, Crobar, Pacha New York and Avalon. Merritt was also one of the co-creator of the original Sugar Babies party and one of the people who spearheaded the Tunnel night club's original after-hours.

Merritt has spun at various high profile media events and celebrity functions and has been featured in publications such as The Village Voice, Time Out, Urb, ID, Paper Magazine and Page Six of The New York Post. He has taken his sound all over the U.S. and abroad and his productions include various remixes and original material for Warner Brothers, BMG and JVM among others.
