This new years day we return to the homely surroundings of the Faversham for our annual New Year party, starting the new year off with a bang. Back in 2008, Cadenza starlet Reboot joined us for one of his first UK performances. He showed everyone what he was capable of and secured himself a place amongst the big hitters. For 2009, we had a lot to live up to, but the pre sale of over 700 tickets and a line up featuring OSLO hotshot Johnny D and Leeds' very own star Ralph Lawson, meant that this party eclipsed 2008 and raised the bar even further.

For 2010, we have gone all out to secure acts that range from house legends to talented newcomers, staggered over a 12 hour time period. Innervisions has been the stand out label of the naughties, providing house of highest calibre to an audience across the globe. We welcome AME, founders of the Innervisions label alongside Dixon. Ever since their introduction in September 2005 with killer crossover hit 'Rej',
AME have received huge recognition with gigs around the globe and a huge catalogue of material stretching back to 2004. Their Fabric42 mix is considered one of the best and shows exactly what these guys are all about. Expect a wide range of house dating back to 90's, crossed with new and unrealeased edits. House party!

Alongside AME we welcome GORGE. Famed for his brainchild '8bit' records alongside studio partner Nick Curly, Gorge has developed a house sound that appears timeless and effortlessly groovy. One of the people at the forefront of the 'Frankfurt' sound that has eclipsed the industry over the last two years, he continues to develop new ideas alongside Curly to take 8bit in new and exciting directions. If 8bit's success is not enough for him, releases on super labels such as Freerange and Plastic City have prompted the talented German to receive the recognition he deserves. With hiscompilation '8 bit reasons' about to drop too, Gorge is one seriously busy man. If 2010 continues in the same vein as 2009, Gorge will be the first name on everyoneís tracklist.

After all that, we add another layer onto the NYD cake and introduce super talented newcomers, Ethyl & Huxley. These young producers made their name after their debut release on Curly's Cecille Numbers, an e.p that excelled on every level and got better with every listen. Following up to that with a chart topping release on Tsuba, this London based duo can do no wrong at the moment.

To help support the big hitters, we welcome some of the UK's freshest brands to help us complete this stella line up on NYD. mUmU, one of the biggest nights to emerge from the last 2 years, throwing parties in Liverpool, London and Ibiza host the Conservatory with support from our friends Louche alongside Newcastle's fresh faced techno project Jaunt. Supplying the music for the intimate Gimp Room, we introduce one of Londons freshest nights, Pete's 50th. This quirky project is headed up by Leeds Ex-Pat Ryan Hope and Paul Bardsley. Joining them will be Hypercolors Ste Roberts and Gav Paul with support from mono favourite Liam Reilly, head resident for Prestons 'For No Reason' imprint. This completes this extraordinary 12hour marathon.

Bring your dancing shoes.
