//: RELEASE INFO: EISBLUMEN EP - by siz.da** It..s deep, it..s forceful, it..s laid-back.. It is a melange of living entity growing in a cooled-down environment. This ambience was created by siz.da, a young aspirant for this emergent style of sound-design, which combines frozen hypnotic grooves with the advantage of the vivacity of modern sound-design. Her workflow is defined and inspired by analogue signals and experiences as a live-act since several years. As one of rare female live-acts, working with real synthesizers on stage, she played in many of Berlin..s in demanded electronic locations, long before she released her first songs together with l.a.r.s, who provided the vocals of "Eisblumen EP". Until now, they released several songs on the swiss label Numbolic, while releases on Fundament and Blaq will follow soon in their discography. Beside the 3 notable original versions, "Staub der Zeit", "Zwischen Zeitlichkeiten" and "Vertieft", this EP is supported by 5 remixes, extracting the essences of the songs to fuse to some new artworks... René Breitbarth adds his outstanding, unique deep and groovy passion to "Staub der Zeit", which connects the song to a universe of further sound-character-varieties. This song transmutes to many forms of evolution. Yapacc..s Mix of "Zwischen Zeitlichkeiten" leads us back to the essentials of driving rythmic house-patterns, which really roll with an incredible sub-bassline. The additional vocals and spheres combines this song to a masterpiece of modern electronic soundshapes. Funkenstrøm metamorphes the original deep mood of "Vertieft" to a feathery tale of funky-flowing scapes in a virtual space of liveliness and energetic agility. Damo.uroc..s Remix of "Zwischen Zeitlichkeiten" is a tribal homage combined with a phasing and morphing sequence, creating a kind of melancholic realization of something untouchable between time. Finally the "Staub der Zeit"-remix of Bekeschus-brothers finishes our travel through the world of "Eisblumen EP" reviving altering chrono-creatures to be part of our reality constructing an deep and abstract extravagancity of an industrial-inspired psychedelic story. In the end Eintakt/Rauhphaser 11 is an exceptional opus, lucently touching a non-concrete space of variations and atmospheres. This network expands itself to a well-frequented spectrum of electronic stlyes both for playing at clubs and listening as a living entity while walking through a cooled-down environment...
