We’re flying in special guest DJ Ben Benson straight from Berlin, bringing his organic sounds from the capital of minimal-tech.
Felipe Kastegliano, aka Felipe K, has blasted the fiercest techno and electro at residencies such as Twisted Disco (The Cross + Pacha), Pacha Beyond, Messy People, Digital Disco, Polarise, The Island Saturdays, Beautiful, Maximal, The mighty TwoAM afterparty every Saturday morning @ 54 + monthly @ Egg and Sunday Sesh.
Sicilian born Roxmaker is a young and respected DJ/Producer of Electro and Techno House Music. He has played across Italy / South England and collaborated with superstars such as Martina Kaiser and Richard Grey.
Ben Carton, whose style has moved from trance to the dirtier style of Electro and filthy house, has been playing frequently at the Gallery (Ministry of Sound) including the last two Xmas parties with Armin Van Buuren, appeared regularly at Pacha, and is resident DJ at Electronic Sessions.
Recently lapidating his style in one of the best music schools in the world -the SAE Institute of London- Hertzen is now familiarized to using technology at all and determined to create his own signature. Playing with 4 decks, including loops and still on his hunger for freshness, HERTZEN is in exponential development - bringing new concepts to the djing art.
Looking for a great way to end the weekend (or kick-off the next week)… then check out plainjamesbrown’s party ‘Sunday People’ now at Avalon club, Shoreditch.
Or check out Luke klr spinning at the party KETno; Luke has an affinity for Progressive-house, tech-house, deep-house, and techno.
--------
Holding London’s first 24-hr liquor license, Turnmills pioneered the dance music scene as we know it today. The venue was also host to Britain’s first after-hours club and to the Gallery night (now at Ministry of Sound).
Please buy your drinks at the topfloor bar (CASH ONLY). Or if you use the downstairs bar, mention ‘Jana’s party’
--------
While there’s no mandatory door fee, we do suggest a £5 entry. All proceeds go towards the Foyer youth foundation, which develops and encourages new approaches to supporting London young people at risk (ages 16 – 25) as they make their transition to adult independence.
