Another Spring, another April, another year older and another chance to celebrate the birth of everyone's favorite numbered DJ, Three.....
What better way to celebrate than with a slew of New York's present and future stars coming together on a legendary block rocking out on a beautiful Sunday afternoon into the early morn.
Unless you have been hiding on the Jersey shore the last 15 years, you will know the talent lined up to help celebrate Mister Three is as immense as it is amazing. Not very often does the extended NY family get to all share the same venue in the same sun. The robust lineup will definitely deliver something for everyone, no matter your background, taste, or style. The decks, laptops, trumpet, and CDJs will be set up outside under the canopy for you dancing pleasure, while keeping the vibe inside accessible through the large double glass doors. There will not be a bad square foot in the place.... Unisex bathrooms, two way mirrors, and canned beer specials will be some of the highlights Sunday has to offer us.
Birthdays are defiantly my specialty, but this birthday in particular could not be more special to me. I can speak for a lot of us New Yorkers, new and old, Three has been an inspiration, mentor, friend, and co-conspirator to a lot of us, so being able to share his birthday means a lot. For the very few of you who don't know, Three is hands down one of the best DJs to ever touch a CD or record sleeve, so needless to say, this will not be one to miss. He will be playing a THREE HOUR extended set during the daylight hours, so make sure you get your dancing shoes, sandals or whatever else it is you wear to Glass Lounge!
