Disco Green will be Houston's first FREE outdoor electronic music festival, featuring national DJs and electronic acts performing live on the main stage at Discovery Green park. A smaller side-stage and dance-space will highlight local legends and regional up-and-comers.

The festival will also feature interactive art throughout the park with graffiti artists demonstrating techniques and hands-on art workshops for kids and families.

The festival headliner is famed DJ/Producer Joaquin “Joe” Claussell of New York City’s legendary Sunday afternoon “Body & Soul” parties. Having re-mixed everyone from Ananda Project to Nina Simone, Joe’s singular style of deep house has spawned imitators the world over. This is Houston’s chance to see a true musical master at work.

Brooklyn-based trio Tortured Soul will be playing live funky house that is guaranteed to get the crowd moving.

Chicago's Boo Williams will be opening the evening with an exclusive disco set you don't want to miss.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the day at The Lake House and The Grove.
