Hoodwink returns to welcome the summer with a very exciting bank holiday shindig.
Topping the bill will be music supremo Pete Herbert. It’s hard to talk about the London music scene over the last 20 years without talking about Pete, as one-half of just about every disco-centric group worth talking about. Reverso 68, Bakazou, Frontera and L.S.B. all count him as a member, with a stream of disco and house classics trailing in his wake.
When not in the studio Pete can be found behind the decks at the best clubs around the UK and in Europe alongside tours in Brazil and Australia. Expect to see him tracing connections between unexpected gems of disco, balearic, house and italo past.
Dropping in for a live performance will be those electro-rockers The Slips, warming up their high energy sound ahead of another summer of gigs and festivals. These guys really know how to get The Queen rocking, so don’t miss out.
We're also pleased to welcome spaced out electro-pop trio Blitz and the Sheet to expand the live show love-in. Think synths, drum machines and guitars and you're half way there!
Of course, there will be the normal madness from Hoodwink DJs alongside the very special Bombay Disco Club, playing all things electronic and disco, across both floors.
And if that wasn’t enough for you, there’ll be a special warm-up session on The Queen’s roof. Oh yes.
