The bar has been refurbished and looks lush, everything in there is so new even the Technics still have there wrappers on!!

Enough deep 90's hiphop to make you feel like Afrika Bambaataa and grow a High top!!

Old skool garage: Think Zed Bias, MJ Cole, Locked on Records, Sunship, Bump & Flex, MC Kie, Grant Nelson, Danny J Lewis.

Grime: All I'm gonna say is PULSE! Ripping old Grime vinyls as this is written, from early Danny Weed, Wiley, Target, Youngstar, Exemen, Gemma Fix, PAUG, pure white labels.

DUBSTEP: our guests each week including DJ/Producer NUTTY P, Dave Vern (Get Hype Collective) will be grinding the filthiest dubstep we can muster, if the frequencies got any lower we'd potentially puke!! WAAARRRPPPP

Bmore, Afrobeat, Ragga, we don't like sticking to one sound. We love vocals and influences from so many different genres of music. Dubstep might be big but we're seeing more and more funky fusions being played, we're no different!

SHOOK 1's (3 piece crew) having been formed since last Summer we've been doing our bit on the scene, getting a mention last month in the Guardian newspaper for our guest spot at YO MAMA! (Catch) Hosted by Tomb Crew and FOOD Soundsystem. WHY AM I SO BEAT? is based on the idea of time, love and work, music has and always will be a blessing when times are hard but on the flip sometimes it's just for love. WHY am I so beat? is about an obsessive dedication to music, anyone in the industry will tell you it's no easy climb and it applies to everyone that works and chases there passion and dream! BUT, it's also just about you & us and how every time you hear that RIDDIM you just gotta SKANKKK!!

FOOD Soundsystem - 2 piece crew (FOOD), if you have been to there monthly night YO MAMA! @ Catch I'm not really going to need to explain. The boys are party starters, movers, shakers, however you wanna tell it! There monthly shows are house RAMMERS playing everything from hiphop to bmore.
