Weekly house party Red Fridays hosts Derrick Carter with supporting DJs Joe L. and Juan Zapata. Previously working with Felix Da Housecat and Cajmere’s respective labels, Relief and Radikal Fear, Carter has been noted as a pivotal player in the ‘90s Chicago house revival. Carter’s sets are deeply rooted in house, with the occasional incorporation of old-school disco, soul and jazz. His consistent pioneering, innovative tracks and critical acclaim marked Carter out as one of the most influential names in dance music.
