Ctrl Alt Delete is a night of local cork electronic music producers all playing original stuff live

Ctrl Alt Delete returns for it's 8th outing, and goes back to its humble beginnings to recruit some fresh new meat for the line up.
This night will be very different to previous C.A.D. nights..
starting off with some noise & ambient and then gradually building up to dubstep & acid house madness!

The line up:

THOTBOTT blew us away the last time we saw him play @Modulation..with that banging acid house..he was instantly added to the list for future gigs. can't wait to see him give it socks on the night.

DARQHORSE played at the very first ctrl alt delete way back in december 2008 @ the whisky. After being away for so long we are itching to see him take to the stage again with his own eclectic brand of weird dubstep type material

LATENT SAINT, the mysterious skinheaded one.. aka Scavenger aka Danbar..joins Ctrl Alt Delete again and promises a set of all new fresh material. He played a blinder back in November to an unfortunately empty room. But we still loved it and were very impressed with his twisty baldy skillz.

VACUUMFACE..aka Liam Hughes, frontman of Days Of Night,.. plays his first live gig with his solo material.
After slyly dropping a cd into the arse pocket of daddylaser's jeans at a recent S.H.!.T. gig.....he instantly turned the predictable N25 into a cosmic brick road lined with pink leeches and space bubbles. Some live male vocals should add a new element to the ctrl alt delete nights too. Really looking forward to seeing & hearing him.

NARWHALS ...aka Jonathan Deasy.. will take us for an ambient ride through some lush & dark soundscapes. He won over old daddylaser himself at a recent Mersk gig..and was immediately bagged for Ctrl Alt Delete. An incredibly nice guy too.

THE QUIET CLUB will start the night off nicely playing some experimental noise-like stuff, played on the most insane equipment you'll ever see. The 2 members are new to Ctrl Alt Delete but have been playing around cork for some time.
Saw these guys play recently with visuals by Claire Guerin and it took 3 days to recover. Very effective sounds that will resonate inside you long after the gig is over.
