Brooklyn lo-fi acid-house revivalists and organic techno enthusiasts that will move your body. This duo has been described as 'melding assorted influences ranging from acid techno to new age to Top 40 into a personal dance vision, its 40 minutes offer an exploration of euphoria, intuition, and emotion at their most purified. Equally at home in a sweaty basement party or a solo 6 AM drive thinking "where did it all go so right", this is probably the closest anyone has gotten to translating the shape of a heart into electronic wave forms.'-Merok

-Q & A-
Originally called Expanding Head Band, this New York duo features an ex-Tussle member and their single, "Tumbling Cubes" has been described as a svelte piece of Detroit-inspired electro, a lean charge where Mr. Fingers meets Telex and Carl Craig at theHacienda. B-side "Trap Door" is a taut piece of flabby dirty disco, a darkcavern of sinister cool that comes off like a Padded Cell edit of Patrick Adams remixed by Andrew Weatherall.-DFA
"A DFA approved cosmic dancefloor chugger with a defined Krautrock chassis."-BOOMKAT (UK):
-MY COUSIN ROY-
My Cousin Roy is that cool distant relation you're always looking forward to seeing. Roy's the life of the party, endlessly entertaining with seemingly boundless energy. Certainly not bad traits for any of the roles the man assumes, from the Wurst label boss to globe-trotting DJ to one-half of Beg to Differ (with Nick Chacona). Roy's remixes, edits and his label's stellar output have lit up dancefloors the world over, with support from dance music luminaries such as Harvey, Carl Craig, 2Many DJs, Aeroplane, James Murphy, and Tiga, amongst others. 2010 promises to be a big year for My Cousin Roy following his much heralded XLR8R Podcast, a relentless touring schedule, and a steady stream of production work. The Wurst Has Yet To Come, indeed!
-BEAT ELECTRIC/BT MAGNUM-
Beat Electric is a blog based out of San Francisco, dedicated to distributing rare and sought after boogie , rare disco, electro, acid and more. BT Magnum has partied with Donuts in SF, opening for acts like Dam Funk, Juan Atkins, and more.

"Donuts is the fast track to cardio-exploitation and 'have at it' fun. Dancing and deep fry are the soul mates of the deep disco revival and run by the two hottest chicks in town. " from "Best of" feature in 7x7 Magazine
"It's a testament to San Francisco's good taste that DJ Pickpocket and AC's Donuts club night has thrived against the mindless wave of Lady Gaga–ish '80s-glam attitude that has recently broken over the local club scene. Now Donuts celebrates [over] three years of presenting obscure '60s to '80s DJ dance beats (such as JUAN ATKINS, DANIEL WANG, DAM FUNK, OPTIMO, JAMES MURPHY, and more) ; innovative live music (such as CLUSTER, LIGHTNING BOLT, LEGOWELT, GLASS CANDY, LINDSTROM, JONAS REINHARDT, ARIEL PINK among many others) and visual art and fashion.."-SF WEEKLY
