LoOP returns as the summer sets in full swing over London Town for another night of the finest underground House and Techno from Londons most sought after Djs. We return to The Gramaphone to take you on a musical journey spread over two floors enlightening you with finest underground cuts past and present from Londons finest and very special guest, secretsundaze front man Giles Smith=)

BASEMENT...

LoOP are very happy to Introduce to the Basement Londons finest GILES SMITH. Giles, a true vinyl connoisseur has made some serous moves in dance music over the last 10 years becoming one of the industries most respected characters throwing the superb SECRETSUNDAZE parties alongside James Priestly and friends bringing deeper shades of underground House and Techno music from some of London and Europes most unique spaces, to the ears of dance musics most colourful crowds since 2001. Headliners at the London based party range from the likes of Steve Bug, D'julz, The Mountain People,Dixon, Cassy and Patrice Scott to name a few!!!!! Joining forces with Matt Dawson in 2007 creating Two Armadillos stand out tracks include Warriors, Hawthornes Theme and Rattlesnake, not to mention an array of releases on labels such as London based imprint Buzzin fly, Dessous and Motivbank with remix worx by the likes of Guido Schnieder, Sascha Dive and Andomat 3000. 2010 is set to be another exciting year returning from Barcelonas Sonar festival once again with bookings in place through out Europe including Berlins Panorama Bar, intimate bookings at west Londons Nottinghill Arts Club and exclusive Secretsundaze parties through out the summer in London Town. Giles Pushes a real underground house and techno sound so all at the Deep.end crew are very excited to invite Giles to the turntables and join LoOPS intimate party vibe and drop some serious underground cuts...a set which will reflect true depth of quality underground dance music=)

Getting the basement moving setting the tone for the evening LoOP welcomes to the turntables ANTONY DIFRANCESCO. Found afterhours main man and Lost souls resident Antony has been gaining some serious respect on the underground circuit forward thinking musically and continuously pushing his production skills! No stranger to the FABRIC dance floor Antony is stepping up this month with his fourth appearance at Londons leading Sunday night afterhours event WYS, as well as warming up one of Londons most favourable new parties HALF BAKED in the highest of fashions in May! Not to mention mixing alongside dance musics heavyweights Richie Hawtin and his M-nus crew, djing in Germany and Miami, and hosting various events including the Timewarp pre-party this year! Be sure to arrive early in the Basement as Antony RoLLs out his deep tech rhythmic sound setting the pace for Giles Smith=)

To complete proceedings in the basement in a big way D.E.S...LoOP residents return to turntables taking control of peak time sounds making the basement rumble with the heaviest selection of deep, chunky, rolling techno and House Cuts. A Set not to be missed as the future looks bright for these three talented djs after spinning trax at some of Londons most respected nights making some serious waves amongst music lovers on the underground circuit! Epic 5 hour b2b sets at Cable set the standard with bookings in place at LDNS warehouse party mixing alongside the likes of Spencer Parker, Alex Arnout and Lee Foss. Creative mixing styles and a forefront selection of records pushing boundaries in sound has come to the attention of Fabrics WYS party with a booking in place for the 8th of August! Supporting Londons finest...D.E.S truely sets its stamp as the Hottest b2b set in London Town!

Getting the party moving in the most definate style in the Bar area upstairs LoOP invites SIZE DOESNT MATTER residents MASTOMIC and SI KURRAGE to grace the turntables warming up the atmosphere with the finest disco,old skool funk, house, reggae,Hip Hop and everything inbetween. The SDM residents have some serious turntable skills and thrive as Londons biggest alternative djs spinning trax at some of Londons biggest parties including MULLET OVER, CANAL PARTY, APHRODISIACS and SANCHO PANZA!!!! Joining the SDM residents on the turntables LoOP invites PETE H to grace the turntables once again!. Now as you all know Pete is a true Vinylest with a serious collection crossing all paths of music from Deep House, Bump & Hustle Style House n Garage from way back when, Through to his original Love of Disco and Funk.With the musical knowledge between these djs expect to be taken on the most definate and replenishing musical Journey=)
