Sitting on a lineup that boasts two live performances from a couple of dubstep’s most prominent figures - namely Addison Groove (an alias of Bristol’s Headhunter that’s reserved for his more stripped back drum machine workouts such as the breakout Swamp81 single ‘Footcrab’) and the first ever CosminTRG live performance – are a couple of genuine pioneers. MJ Cole, who coined the garage anthem ‘Sincere’ appears alongside Ms Dynamite, whose meteoric rise is well documented with her debut album scooping 2002’s Mercury Music Prize, and dubstep pioneer Hatcha – who helped break the emerging dark garage inspired dubstep sound and London’s seminal FWD>> club.

Room Two once again explores the spectrum of drum & bass searching out the sound from the deep textures of players like Calibre and Doc Scott, to the future sound of stripped back d&b from Rockwell and Ulterior Motive, with Cyantific, Lynx and Spinline exploring everything in between.

Returning to Room Three for the 4th/5th??? time, the core trio behind the blossoming Hessle Audio imprint: Ramadanman, Pangaea and Ben UFO, have invited the Dutch overlord of the dancefloor 2562, whose recent work as both his numerical moniker on Pinch’s Tectonic label and as A Made Up Sound on his own artist led label of the same name, remains some of the most interestingly brutal stuff he’s produced to date; and newcomer Blawan – who just released his debut single for Hessle ‘Fram’ b/w ‘Iddy’ which was closely followed by a split 12” on the Wilk Folk label.
