Live drums and traditional analog electric bass are married via computer, while traditional DJ elements such as loops and samples are produced on the fly to build songs spontaneously. Equal parts delicate structure and improvisation ensure that no two shows are identical, and when compounded with the final element of a live audience, Hot Molecule delivers a calculated blend of dubstep/drum'n'bass/broken beat/downtempo to those lucky enough to catch a rare live set.
