Dan Berkson & James What are a London based production and live performance duo. Both Dan and James have been playing music, producing and DJing in their own separate projects up to now, but have recently teamed up in an attempt to create their own blend of electronic house music.
Tomoki’s trademark fusion of deep, tech, electro, minimal and soulful influences has won him many admirers and he was the first ever Japanese DJ on Ministry of Sound Radio while also holding down a weekly slot on House FM. Simultaneously tough and soulful, dark and uplifting, - his style retains more than enough depth and technique to satisfy the fussiest of house-heads without losing the sort of funk and groove that keeps the dance floor rammed and rocking.
Yiannis Balkizas has already completed a first album and is close to completing his second on the record label, Grin Recordings. His DJ portfolio is arguably even more impressive, having entertained club crowds at the likes of Turnmills, Ministry of Sound, Pacha, SeOne, Hidden, Inigo and Babalou. Yiannis has also visited sunny Ibiza and played at boatparties as well as different bars with his style of music that ranges from tech house to his biggest love, techno.
Diego CK is resident and promoter of CK Family events and has played.. Brixton Academy, The Coronet, Indigo, Fridge, Sosho, Breakfast at Egg, Vertigo, Click, Insomnia, The Dream Temple, MixMag, Trade, D-Late, Smartie Partie, Tape at Platinum, AKA (The End) and The Den, Turnmills, Pacha, The Cross, Canvas, Aquarium, Ministry Of Sound, Scala, Jacks, 1001, 54, Unit 7, Studio 10, Wipping House, Public Life... to name a few.
JB... With his roots firmly etched in the Acid House era, JB (aka Jon Barnet) has continued to develop as one of London’s key underground house music figures, and has kept his fingers in all of the right pies throughout his eponymous career as a highly respected and regarded DJ on London’s underground circuit and beyond - his dj-ing skills have taken him to Ibiza, Eastern Europe, Asia and all over the USA and South America.
Miss Mavrik was born in Manchester where she got in touch with electronic music trough clubbing. While playing a blend of progressive and tech house she performed gigs internationally in countries such as Spain, Italy, Ibiza, Belgium, Germany, Russia, Luxembourg and France as well as venues across London and the UK.
Ale Doretto arrived in London a few years ago and has since then played many clubs including Cosmo Bar, 1001, 93 Feet East, Public Life, Crash, Area and more recently in Germany. He likes to keep his electronic style to a house beat, mixing in Dub, Jazz, Soul, early Funk, trip-hop and new forms of electronics. Ale’s own music production ought to be heard, his exceptional style shows confidence and deep knowledge of the World of Finest Music.
LA GOSSE GAELLE AKA LA GOSSE was born in Marseille, the south of France but now resides in Hackney, London. LA GOSSE literally means “the child” and she says this describes her exactly. When you meet La Gosse and experience her enthusiasm, fun nature and spirited passion for her music and her craft you’ll understand.. It’s infectious!
Martin Lange grew up in the north east of Germany. He got in touch with electronic music trough visiting Clubs, Parties and Festivals such as Fusion, Melt, Papierfabrik Burg Stargard, Tresor and many local events. After moving to London in 2004 it didn't take long and he knew where to find the kind of parties he liked.
His sound could be described as deep tech house and techno.
