LINK proudly partners up with Biz Martinez and the Electric Pickle for the one that looks to be the event of this summer in Miami.

Our good friend Francis, known to the world as Adultnapper has already dropped in & murdered our dance floor on 2 occasions, delivering 2 of the most memorable sets in the last year. Seeing that we just can’t get enough of him & given that he’s managed to win the hearts of the techno world & our crowd, h...e’s returning with “some company”... some dude named Steve Bug! You know, head honcho of Poker Flat Recordings; that bad ass German label responsible for some of thee best stripped down futuristic house music in the business.

Given the circumstances, the boys have left us no choice but to attempt to contain the chaos. That means we’ll be linking both rooms at the Electric Pickle to put on a mini festival of sorts (upstairs, down, inside & out) full of surprises. Oh & did we mention they’ll be goin’ record for record all nite long?! In support, Link residents Maurizio + Danyelino, already a top of Miami’s Techno scene join Joaquin for his return from Cali. STEVE BUG [Poker Flat]
Germany’s minimal dance connoisseur, Steve Bug is arguably one of the best DJs in the Electronic Dance scene. Bug started his DJ-career in a small after-hour bar in Ibiza near Space back in 1991 – soon becoming resident DJ at the best club in his hometown of Bremen (Germany) to later booked at major German events such as Love Parade & then some. After “Volksworld”, his first LP on Raw Elements, together with mix compilations “Da Minimal Funk Part 1 & 2”, Steve puts the label to sleep & sets up two brand-new platforms for vinyl releases – Dessous and Poker Flat in 1999. Later followed by the launch of Audiomatique Recordings in 2004. Today, he’s a monster in the Dance scene & keeps busy with label work and DJing around the globe.

ADULTNAPPER [Poker flat, Ransom Note, Clink]
“Adultnapper” is a shadowy figure drawn from the dark reaches of Francis Harris’ imagination. Harris, a philosophy PhD drop-out with punk rocker roots, hails from suburban Las Vegas but has called Brooklyn home for the past 9 years - a stretch in which he has gone from “hating dance music,” to establishing himself as an underground DJ/Producer with a unique sound and a global audience.
