Bio Jaramillo & Bastien:

Ecuatorians Daniel Jaramillo and Roberto Bastidas (aka Bastien), are the musical duo named “Jaramillo & Bastien” since 2008. This duo has put them as the principal electronic music producers in their hometown.
Their compositions are not limited to one genre only, from deep techno to latin house, their sound is always marked by a constant: groove.

They have released for labels such as: Starlight, Multivitamins, Strom, Limonada, Airdrop, T-Bahn, among others.
Tracks like Sleepy Edit, Bloco and So Saxy, have been in the top of the best sellers charts in digital stores like: Beatport, Whatpeopleplay, etc.
Their tracks are played and ranked by artists like: Tony Rhor, M_Ferri, Mathias Mesteño, Tim Green, Dj Sneak, Marcelo Rosselot, etc.

Together they own “La Pirada Ecuador,” branch of the famous argentinean company “La Pirada Latam,” an all media audio production and postproduction company which already counts with local projects for big names such as MTV and Bora-Bora.

As mixing and mastering ingeniers they have worked for labels like: Cadenza, Los Andes Music, Tongut, Mindsounds, and more.

Their performance in clubs is considered neat, consistent and well driven. They have played in Bahrein, Levitar (Arg), Trotamundos (Chi), etc.

With a great list of upcoming releases –some in 12”– 2010 is expected to be an excelent year for the duo.
