A little bit about some of our live acts for the evening.

The Off Key Hat
The High fidelity supersound duo that is The Off Key Hat are producers
Darren Morris and DJ Leon Mayes with permanent vocal sidekick Michelle
Manetti. They all met up a few years ago and decided to make beautiful
higher modulation dance music for people who stay up past dawn.
'we didn't properly get together to write music until around 2004 in
Brighton. I knew the value of writing with a good DJ and Leon was right
on my doorstep. So we hit it off nicely in the studio and went on to craft
and nurture a good sound that we're both feeling. it's great being excited
about the same sounds! Add to this Leon's knack for lyrics and story
telling, you've got a strong writing duo. What we needed was an
amazing vocalist and it just so happened we found her in Brighton too.
Michelle is a one-take wonder in the studio and just gets it every time.
She's the voice and the face of The Off-Key Hat!' Darren Morris.
'In other words the Off Key Hat found each other on the path of
least resistance. They stared at each other wondering if this was
the perfect situation.' They are due to drop their late night monstrous electro disco album on ISM with remixes coming from Daniele Baldelli, Young Athletes League, Tim Goldsworthy, Yam Who?, Ashley Beedle & Cosmo.
