Now a regular fixture on Saturday daytimes from now and all through the winter at the loo we all love, Public Life!!
Twice a month we party all day, some times right through till late at night, bringing you some of the best talents that are causing a stir on Londons underground circuit, some of the best djs from some of the best clubs and parties will be gracing the decks at our notorious home.
Everybody needs to go to the toilet at some point!
A quick run down of the djs we have for you this week...
Chris Stanford, no stranger to Public Life with around 5 years of happenings with Lost Souls. This year alone he's been representing at a lot of high profile UK events and made his second appearence at Fabric. He's supported big names this year such as Richie Hawtin, Magda, Speedy J, Pryda, 2000 & One, Ilario Alicante, Par Grindvik, Brian Sanhaji, Monoloc, Mark Broom, Sandwell District and plenty more. Most recent highlight being the supporting act for global techno super star Chris Liebing at the Drumcode after party at Cable. With plenty more exciting events in his diary for 2010 you could say its not a bad year for him.
Dan Clancy, one half of the brotherly dj duo Krank Brothers who have been the core residents of their own highly successful summer parties at secret locations and roof tops in the capital. After two hugely oversubscribed sell-out parties over the summer - one in a derelict pub and one on a beautiful roof garden. They are just weeks away from their Basement Party deep beneath Gt Eastern St in Shoreditch. Presenting a showcase of one of Anja Schneider's very own Mobilee Records with Martin Landsky and And I.d.
Tred Benedict, a man with at least two shades to his tone which has been well proven this summer. A talented dj and prolific party planner of not just one, but two well known party brands. On one hand you have Spilt Milk the summer outdoor party which saw legends Layo & Buschwacka! and Mr C as highlights on the Curtain Road terrace of Paper Mill. Others included Matt Tolfrey, Jimpster, Dollz At Play and more. On the other hand the return of Don't Techno Sh!t draws close with special guest Mark Henning exclusively flying from Berlin.
Margo Firelli, as well as a number of appearances at cool Shoreditch hotspots and Ministry Of Sound this year. Margo is also behind the Don't Techno Sh!t brand which makes its long awaited return this month at Visions Video Bar. He's been there from the start through their previous residencies at the basement of 54 and Lightbox. Over that time supporting the likes of Gregor Tresher, Format: B, Cesare Vs. Disorder, From Karaoke To Stardom, Maxime Dangles, Dandi & Ugo and more. The future for DTS looks highly prosperous once again.
Kindlich, Toilet Klub resident, who during his time with his Don't Techno Sh!t residencey has supported all the above mentioned with Margo and Tred. He's also represented the brand two years running at their off Sonar Festival parties in Barcelona. He's also recently made a big impact down at legendary after party Jaded supporting Monolco from CLR. At only 23 he has vast collection of quality house music and is a new talent to look out for.
Barnaby, last but not least completes our line up. Resident for underground parties held in secret locations across Leeds during his time there as a student, the Urang Utang lads have been causing quite a stir and hype. All good we hear that why we've invited him to join us, to give us a taste of the music behind their growing name across the UK.
