Simon Caldwell is one of a handful of DJ's whose name adds a certain integrity to an event. Throughout the 12 years he's been playing records to beer drinkers, bum shakers and radio listeners alike, he has managed to avoid the stifling 'style' classification so many other DJ's trap themselves into, keeping himself free to draw on his varied loves of deep, soulful house, techno, funk, jazz, electro, booty, hip hop and anything else which catches his ear.

Inspired by the original hardcore and acid house warehouse scene from the early 90’s John Power has been an addict of electronic music for as long as he can remember.

As a DJ, John Power has manned the decks in some of the best clubs and parties around the world. Playing on Scratch Live via 3 CDJ’s and mixing up everything from House, Electro Breaks and Techno, the sets are fast and furious, hard but definitely funky.
