This Saturday London’s supernova collective celebrate their birthday (and Hans’ too!) featuring the full roster of friends, family and two stunning headliners…
Taking centre stage in the Subterrain room are very special Hamburg based house heavyweights, Kruse & Nuernberg. Between them this duo have created some of the most interesting deep house discs around on labels such as 8Bit and Om Records. Collectively under their K+D moniker, they have forged a mouth-watering underground tech house sound that has appeared on NRK, Mood Music, Dark Energy, King Street and Simple Records. Now fully established into the house elite, we very much look forward to them absolutely smashing the basement alongside the Sub Terrain crew…
Sprinkling more electronically charged dance particles around the terrace are the supernova family and guests. Residents at some of the capitals most fabulous underground gatherings and experts in igniting dance floors, the birthday celebrations will be powered by Alex Arnout (Dogmatic), Rob Marmot (Wonderland), Clint Lee (Zoo Project), Cozzy D (Creche), Alexis Raphael (Creche), Alfredo Ramos (Bambara), Daniel (Cerca Trova) and Toni Loi (Tape).
The closure guys take over the Loft space with their usual blend of music and mayhem and the supernova residents, Nils Hess, Jb and Anto will be keeping the fires burning.
We hope you can all join us for this one!

KRUSE & NÜRNBERG (NRK/SIMPLE/DARK ENERGY/MOOD MUSIC/SLIP N SLIDE/NOIR)
July 2010 saw the release of the brilliant Kruse & Nurnberg collaboration with DJ Stel, under the name Wiretappeur. “My Real Name Is” was released on John Digweed’s Bedrock label, yet another jewel in the crown for these two proud Hamburgers, and followed shortly after their amazing remix of festival favourites Groove Armadas ‘Paper Romance’ on Om Records.
The duo has embraced the deep house scene to the max and has in return been embraced back by the whole deep house community. Releases on labels like NRK, Fred Everything’s Lazy Days ('Sliced & Chopped EP'), Noir Music and Kolour Recordings, have all contributed to the duo’s success and popularity. Their single ‘Gone Daft’ on Slip N Slide, featuring a dirty filter-disco remix from legendary DJ Sneak was played by everyone from Mark Knight to Luke Solomon and Jimpster, and forthcoming remixes of Mr.V and Dennis Ferrer (both on King Street) are sure to raise the bar even further. Tracks and Remixes over the past year include releases on Milton Jackson’s Dark Energy label; Simple; Mood Music; Dieb Audio; Slip N Slide and MN2S sub label 1-trax and of course their own Save Room Recordings, all subject to the same rigorous quality control and high musical standards.
Separately, Hamburg based Florian Kruse & Nils N?rnberg created some of the most interesting deep house around in the past few years, with early highlights including Nils’ “Caught A Glimpse” on 8Bit, and Florian’s “Love Hurts” release on Om Records. Since their humble beginnings, as solo producers, but more importantly together as Kruse & N?rnberg they have gradually climbed closer to the tree-top with their unique brand of mouth-watering underground deep house infused with tech-house.
