This weekend we welcome Matt Tolfrey to Junk a name we’ve been wanting to get since he burst onto the underground house scene in 2008 with his unforgettable Warehouse party anthem “Just Can’t Take It” which became such a hit it was signed to Sven Väth’s Cocoon label.

Since then he’s taken his own brand of house forward creating his own imprint Leftroom and signing productions from future stars and upcoming talent including MarcAshken, Inxec, Ed Davenport and Glimpse while his own productions have found their way on to Damian Lazarus’ Cross Town Rebels label.

He also became the star of the London warehouse party scene and became a regular at Mulletover & Eastern Electrics while running his own label night at T Bar, London’s hub of creativity in the house and techno scene and picking up regular slots at Fabric and further afield in the USA and Germany.

Anyone lucky enough to have already witnessed Matt in action will know that his particular brand of wobbly house and techno has the power to win hearts and destroy minds on the dance floor.
