2011 will mark its 5th anniversary, presenting the latest progress in audio:vision.
The upcoming festival “perFORMance” will feature live Events, Urban Space, Discourse/Theory and Workshops but focus on audio:visual LIVE performance. While national and international artists from different disciplines will work on developing audio:visual shows&concepts, the exhibitions' theme will approach live events. The 2010 theme “dimensions” will deliberately recur. However, this year the emphasis will be on performances. Spatial sculptures will turn into a stage for live performances and installations will be audio:visually performed in real time.
The Ottakringer Brewery will be the opening location offering a broad program of audio:visual live bands, electronic live acts, live visuals, a DJ/VJ program & party trams. We’re excited to have already received our first bookings and we'll be back soon with further details!
