10 Years Of Secretsundaze - Bank Holiday Special photo gallery
Joining Giles and James we will welcome 3 of our favourite guests in Soundstream, Trus'me and Wbeeza - live.
We are now able to announce full details and line up of our second party in our series of events this season to help celebrate the 10th year of secretsundaze. Our second party of summer will take place at The House and Terrace, the scene of our fantastic opening party. We were very happy with the first party there after having lost our original space. We don't think there is anywhere quite like it in London with its wooden decked dancefloor and over hanging trees and no sound restrictions. The soundsystem at opening was a big improvement from 2 years ago but we are always trying to improve things so we will be bringing in additional sound to bulk it up to make it as close to perfect as we can.
Berlin based Soundstream aka Frank Timms really is the hit machine. If there is one guy in House music at the moment that can do no wrong it is him. "Up All Night", "Makin Love", "Live Goes On" are all bonafide underground bombs played by DJs across the board. Under his other guise of Soundhack he has also remixed artists such as Ricardo Villalobos' "Easy Lee" and Mathew Herbert's "Moving Like A Train" - a remix that was huge a few years ago at secretsundaze on the terrace at Canvas. We couldn't put it any better than his bio that states "this boy serves cuisine as opposed to fast food"!
Next up we have another real favourite with Manchester's Trus'me. Trus'me's debut LP "Working Nights" really did make a big impact when it was released in 2007. With canny knack for selecting choice samples and creating dope grooves Trus'me's music touched those that like their music soulful and slightly gritty in that dusty ol' vinyl kinda way. He followed up "Working Nights" with "In The Red" in 2009. His excellent label Prime Numbers is putting out some killer tracks too just check out the new Linkwood below:

Last up we have our London bwoy and The Secret Agency signing Wbeeza in da house! Beez has been tearing up dancefooors since his first EP's on the excellent Third Ear with his EP's "Heavy Stuff", "New Skank" and "City Shuffle" and most recently his LP "Void". His live set has come on in leaps and bounds and he is always comin correct with new grooves and flavas to lay down always keeping his sets FRESH.
This killer line up cements this as the go to party this bank holiday. We hope you can join us for another open air party.
